With 10 years of experience in customer service, she is particularly passionate about fostering a friendly work environment.

 

Jocelyn holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a minor in Counselling, which equips her with effective communication skills and prepares her to assist psychologists and speech therapists at Cognostic. Fluent in both English and Mandarin, Jocelyn is always ready to assist clients with their questions and provide support in a welcoming and professional manner.
